Im so glad that Oil of Olay listened to its consumers and brought back the classic gentle formula because it is the best spf moisturizer out thier for people with sensitive skin. It doesnt burn my eyes and doesnt feel greasy at all.Love that its oil and fragrance free. Reading the reviews before PLEEEASSSE Oil of Olay don't change the formula of the product again Ive tried everything else and this is the best Ive ever used. Oil of Olay for life.

Like the other reviewers, I too am very dissatisfied to learn that the lotion I have used for so long and enjoyed, is now 'improved'. The most significant change is the odor that the cream now has. Please provide your customers with a date of when the original formula will be available. Our alternative is to look for a new product.

It's changed!

I've used this product for many years and used to love it. However, they appear to have changed the formulation and it's now greasy and has a funny smell. There is no ifnromation/warning on the package about a change in the formulation. Disappointed.

Disappointed in New Formula

I have used Oil of Olay products for 40 years. When I recently purchased Olay Completed SPF 15, I immediately noticed the overpowering sunscreen smell. I'm happy to find other customers are having the same issue. I'm relieved to hear P&G will be bringing back the old formula in April ~ I'll be the first in line! I have never used any product for this long, and I'm really glad I won't have to go through the hassle of finding a new moisturizer. P&G, you made the right decision by listening to your devoted customers! Thank you!

I, too, was extremely disappointed to find my long time favorite product, Olay Complete Sensitive Skin, replaced by an obnoxiously and heavily scented new product. I started sneezing when I first used it. I searched several stores hoping that the old product had just run out. My last resort was to go online to see what's up. I'm so relieved to know that Olay is bringing back the old formula... Can't be soon enough. I'm stuck using something I dislike while I wait. I can't use the new Complete...

My skin is very sensitive and is irritated by the increased SPF in the product. I have been using your Complete All Day Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin for 15yrs and will now have to find a new product. Very disappointed that you did not leave the old product available for purchase, also.

Old formula is better, but the New one isn't bad!

Like many other reviewers here, I searched a long time for a moisturizer that wouldn't burn or cause redness to my skin. I also really hate when moisturizers feel heavy on my face. Living in Wyoming, you get used to a certain degree of dehydration because of the lack of humidity and the extreme altitude in combination with the extreme weather (bloody hot in the summer, bitterly cold in winter, and very windy all the time). Further, because I have very small pores, sometimes it takes a little time for it to never soak in at all, and cause me to break out, while the others never moisturized enough and I found myself using it four times a day or more to keep my face from feeling tight.
I used Cetaphil for a long time on the recommendation from my allergist, but I decided to search something a little easier to transport and something designed specifically for the face rather than for the whole body (this was before Cetaphil designed their facial line). I went with Olay almost immediately because my mother and grandmother used Olay products all the time when I was growing up.
The original formula of Olay complete was fantastic. It was smooth, fast-absorbing, and didn't leave me feeling like I wore a greasy mask (which was especially great before bed!). It helped keep my skin clear and neither burned my eyes nor left a chemical taste in my mouth.
I was incredibly disappointed a few months ago when I couldn't find the old packaging. It took me so long to find a moisturizer that worked, I was a little hesitant to go with the new formula, but I gave it a shot.
Like other reviewers, the new formula irritates my skin if I put it on immediately after washing my face. I have to be careful not to get it near my eyes because it burns, and this leaves a flavor in my mouth that that old formula did not. It still acts as a lightweight moisturizer but my skin feels slightly greasy for an hour or so after.
It isn't enough for me to quit using Olay right now, mostly because it took so long to find a moisturizer I liked and to acclimate my skin to it, but I'm very much looking forward to April when the classic formula is released. I can promise you that I, for one, will be switching back as soon as I see it on the store's shelves!

I logged in to let you know how very much I don't like the new formula for the Complete for sensitive skin! I'm glad to see it's not just me being a whiner. And I'm extremely GLAD to see that the old formula will be back very soon! (On a recent post, Dee in Customer care told us April of 2010!) Thank you so much for listening and caring about us. Now what shall I do with the two full bottles I have of the stinky, eye-watering formula that I bought when my last bottle ran out?

I'm relieved to see I'm not the only one horribly disappointed in the new formula. I'm not experiencing the staining problem that some are mentioning, but I can barely stand to use this product now because, unlike before, it stinks of sunscreen chemicals and I can taste the chemicals in my mouth (they seep through my cheeks during the day). This was my wonderful daily lotion for years, day and night, and now I must give it up. So sad.

Disappointed in Changes

I have used the sensitive skin complete moisture cream for numerous years and, like many others, am very disgruntled by the recent changes. The cream burns my face and turns it red, feels greasy and heavy, and has an unpleasant odor. It took me many failed attempts to find a moisture cream that I liked and that worked well, and I finally found oil of olay. Sadly, because of the recent changes, I will no longer purchase oil of olay and must begin the search for a new moisture cream.

I have been using Complete for sensitive skin daily for many years. I have not the remotest idea why the formula was changed. Not only is it perfumed but it also stings when applied. The worst result is that it is staining my clothes and my bedsheets. The stains respond neither to non-chlorine and chlorine bleaches. I have several ruined blouses and two sets of ruined king sized pillowcases and sheets. Regretfully, I'm forced to stop purchasing Olay Complete.

PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA

I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHY MY FINGER NAILS TURNED ORANGE AND ANY PLACE MY CLOTHES TOUCHED MY NECK WHERE THERE WAS MOISTURIZER, MY CLOTHES WERE STAINED ORANGE WHICH DID NOT COME OUT IN THE LAUNDRY NO MATTER HOW i TREATED THEM UNTIL i STOPPED USING THIS PRODUCT AND EVERYTHING IS BACK TO NORMAL SO, OBVIOUSLY THERE IS SOMETHING THERE THAT WAS NOT IN THE OLD FORMULA! i NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE OLD FORMULA.

Do Not like new formula

I have searced for a reasonably priced quality daily facial creme with an SPF. I loved the old All Day Moisture Creme for sensitive skin. Have been using it for years then one day I noticed the new packaging and realized the ingredients changed. There is no longer natural zinc, but chemicals. So disappointing. It is also not as moisturizing. I do not like it.

What Have You Done To This Product?

I have been using this product as my moisturizer for many years and was going to contact Olay about it and found this site and these reviews. After trying the NEW product (w/ yellow on pkg), I knew immediately that you had changed this product. My skin turns slightly red and BURNS after using it. Also there is a distinct SMELL to it like oil or chemicals that I do not like & was not there before.I used to use this product in UNSCENTED and that, too, disappeared, but have had some success and was happy with the SENSITIVE formula until NOW.PLEASE bring back the old product/formula. I can no longer use this one and will not buy more.

Olay, please listen to your customers and bring back the old formula!
I have been desparately going from store to store, seeing if I can find a bottle or jar of ANY "olay complete" product that still contains the zinc-based sunscreen, but olay appears to have changed all of the different UV products in the complete line.
I hate the new sunscreen chemicals olay is using. they stink, they feel greasy, and it hurts my skin!

Echoing the many reviews below, the new Olay Complete for Sensitive Skin is terrible. I used the old formula for over 12 years and recommended it to everyone I know with sensitive skin. I'm now telling same "everyone I know with sensitive skin" to stop buying it. I'm so disappointed. Please, please, please return to the old formula, or provide a sound reason why you changed it in the first place.

New COMPLETE UV Skin Reaction

Have used Complete Moisturizer for years. The new (yellow trim box) product leaves my eyes tearing many days. Never had this problem. No other sensitivites, even though I buy Sensitive Skin formula. Please help. Can I buy the older product anywhere? I use faithfully. Thank you
